Vivia Hale: Our Beauty Therapist

Born in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe & moved to South Africa after High School to attend The Isa Castens Academy of Beauty Therapy in Stellenbosch Cape Town, in 1981. Here I trained in 17 different subjects including body movement, nutrition, anatomy and physiology and all aspects of athletic beauty and body treatments, aromatherapy and reflexology.

I qualified with my National and International (C.I.D.E.S.C.O.) diplomas allowing me to work in any country world wide.

I started work in a Health Studio were I furter trained in fitness, giving exercise classes along with all the beauty therapies.

After 3 years, in 1985 I opened my first Salon in St Georges street Cape Town. There I trained my own staff and established a client base that would follow me throughout my 22 year career in the Cape Town area.

After getting married and having three sons I continued to work from my home for 10 years. I reopened an upmarket Salon in Durbanville having many of my original clients still supporting me. During this time I again updated all my training and qualified in Gel -Nails and many new cosmetic houses i.e. Gatineau, La therapy, Ellemis, Derm -A-Gel etc. I also managed a group of pharmacy salons in the Tygervalley area.

In 2004 I decided to travel and joined the exciting world of cruise liners in America, Canada and Alaska. This took me to many exotic plases like Jamaica, Bahamas, Costa Rica, Panama and Mexico were again I learnt many new and exciting techniques, expanding my knowledge in Body Detoxification and holistic well being.

I really enjoy all aspects of my profession, specialising in machine treatments for both face and body, male and female. As more and more people suffer with stress, obesity and poor health I find a high demand to treat the mind, body & soul as a whole.

My aim is to give top quality treatments using only the best products for genue results and a professional service at all times which will leave a lasting impression.
